Welcome to Our Website

Welcome to the Northern California Chapters Council website.  Our mission is to provide a forum for the Decorative Painting Chapters of Northern California to promote interest, create, share, teach, educate and have a greater appreciation of Decorative Painting.

Our meetings allow chapters to exchange ideas, and to foster creativity within the decorative painting community using a variety of art forms and mediums to create both functional and non-functional artwork.   The meetings allow the facilitating of communications between the chapters to promote their own chapter’s activities, seminars and fundraisers.

We strive to educate our members through classes, seminars and demonstrations.  NCCC Representatives coordinate and host a Bi-Annual Retreat where members of all skill levels and from the various chapters come together for four days to paint, teach, learn, laugh, and have fun.
